Gino M.D. Arnone is an assistant professor of private and comparative private law at Turin University(B.A., LL.B., PhD). He works especially in the field of tort law and remedies, constantly studing the evolution of the matter with a multidisciplinary and comparative approach. He has also published several law review articles on these topics and on social scientific approaches to law.
